RULES & REGULATIONS FOR 2007 MOD CONTEST

General Rules:

1.This is a worldwide contest open to everyone. You must first register to the Cooler Master Forum to enter if you are not already a member.

2.Your case must include 5 Cooler Master products.

Case counts as 2. Each case fan will count as 1
EX. 1 case = 2 pts 3 case fans = 3pts.


NOTE: IF YOU USE A COOLERMASTER REAL POWER PRO 1000( THAT WILL BE WORTH 3 POINTS)


3.You must pick a category that you will be working towards. The two categories are: Most Extreme Case – meaning a computer case so modified that it no longer looks like a case; and Most Artistic – meaning the case includes customized paint, air-brushed, artsy in any way.

4.The Contest will launch on September 1st and run until November 1st. Last day to register (with a chosen category) is November 1st 11:59pm.

5. CM will vote on five finalists for each category.
• Judging Criterion
a. Complexity of mod
b. Design
c. Overall look
d. Innovative
e. Unique
f. Creativity

6.The five finalists from each category will be announced on November 15th and voting will be turned over to CM Forum members.

7.There will be a total of six winners, three in each category. Winners are 1st, 2nd and 3d place.

8.Any ties will be decided by Cooler Master.

9.Winners will be determined by number of votes.

10.All prizes will be shipped to the winner within 6-8 weeks of decision. CM cannot guarantee a reasonable arrival date for prizes shipped to winners outside the US.

11.One entry per person.

12.CM Employees and their relatives are not allowed to participate[/size][/size]


Voting Rules: Once Cooler Master has decided on five finalists for each category voting will be turned over to CM Forum users.

1.You must have 10 quality posts to be eligible to vote. No yes or no responses. No Spam.

2.CM Moderators will be keeping a close eye on voting. Anybody caught cheating will be disqualified from the contest. CM holds the right to disqualify contestants at their discretion.

3.Voters can vote for one winner under each category.

4.Each voter can only vote once for each category. A voter who votes more than once will have all votes disqualified.

3. Email Body should include:

Mailing Address

Attachment: Attach a word document with your worklog.

4. Your worklog must include the following three sections:
a. Name of your mod:
b. Category:
c. Cooler Master products you have used
d. Description of your case
e. Embedded image links in the content**

**Images: Minimum of 10 high resolution digital images should be included with your entries. Please include one picture of you holding a sign saying “2007 Cooler Master Case Mod Contestâ€
