Cosmos S Front Panel dead

Hello, Back in march I bought the cosmos s rc-1100 tower case and when I mounted my pc last month the front panel where you turn on and off the pc is dead.I touch the power button and nothing happens,even the red light doesn't lights on.I contacted Evga because I thought that I made a mistake when conecting the cables to motherboard but no, everything was in its place.Please help me.

Are you sure your PSU unit works? Try this:

How to Jump Start a Power supply.

1) Unplug the power cable from the wall jack
2) Unplug the 24 pins or 20 pins connector and the 4 pins connector from the motherboard (Do not unplug the cable from the wall jack)
3) Locate the green wire on the 24 or 20 pins connector. (some power supply has 24 pins connectors and other has 20 pins connector)
4) Connect one end of the paperclip on the green wire
5) Connect the other end of the paper to the black wire. (Any of the black wire)
6) Plug in the power cable to the wall jack
7) Give it about 3 seconds for it to start.

How to jump start your system:
1) Locate the Power switch and reset switch
2) Unplug the power and reset switch from the front panel
3) Use a screwdriver and touch the two pin that has power switch

Yeah,I had to mount my pc on my old case and the power supply works fine.The very first time I mounted my pc on my cosmos , it worked fine but when I started my pc the next morning it wouldn't turn on.

You are really the worst giving customer service and I'll never do business with you again. For those who are reading this learn from my experience. I've been with these problem for 7 months and they do nothing. I'll never advertise your product again.You lost a loyal customer.
