How to uninstall model cm12V CoolerMaster Fan for cleaning

Hi!

I want to uninstall my model cm12V CoolerMaster Fan (Socket 478, Pentium P4 2.4GHz, MSI motherboard) for cleaning, only I can find no instructions how to remove the retaining brackets holding it in place (see here) - or is this bracket actually holding the heatsink in place and removing the fan is simply a matter of unscrewing it from the heatsink? Is there an installation user guide (link?) that I can reference? Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!
