One last thing you could try, is change the PSU, maybe it doesn't gives enough power to the mobo anymore, you never know...

You were right, it was my PSU.

I wanted to try to troubleshoot one more time and when I turned the power on, it kept switching On and Off, On and Off...
So anyways, I switched my Corsair 620W with my Coolermaster 450W RealPower and guess what, it worked!!!

I'm glad to know that it's not the HDD nor the motherboard

Now, I just have to figure out how to send the PSU back to Corsair for repairs.

I contacted Corsair, at first they said it wasn't a power supply problem, so I replied with more convincing arguments , then I got my RMA number


What do I do now?

Do I send my power supply in my retail box?
Should I include all the modular cables and power cord?

You probably have to send the box and all the stuff that was in it, back (in another mailing box).
Check their website for their RMA policy.
